Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at bovaura.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to initiate a return.
- Purchases made after 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened with the original seal intact.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
If the seal is broken or the product has been opened/used, the item cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Products with a broken or missing seal
- Opened or partially used products
- Products delivered more than 30 days ago
- Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items (if applicable)
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at [support@bovaura.com] (or through your account) within the 30-day window to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided in the RMA (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
- If the product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
Defective or Damages Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
